P90X Total Body Workout

Triceps Workout | Flickr - Photo Sharing!P90X highlights 12 sweat-worthy workouts that are meant to fuel both your mind and body. It was developed by Tony Horton in 2003.

The first part is chest and back workout. This focuses on two techniques-push-up and pull-up-to create body strength and perfect shape. Second is plyometrics. It offers 30 excellent jumping movements that will keep you airborne throughout the workout. Third is the shoulder and arms workout. It helps define your physique through a series of curling and pressing movements. Next is yoga followed by legs and back exercises. Like other fitness program, yoga improves breathing and calms the body while legs and back exercises strengthen the body’s main joints. Next in line is Kenpo X, a high-intensity cardio workout that involves a lot of punching and kicking routines.

The second half of this program focuses on small and large muscles. X Stretch, Core Synergistics, Triceps Workout, Back and Biceps Workout, Cardio X, and AB Ripper X combine exciting and adrenaline-pumping moves to get your body in perfect fit!
